Notes:
1. To qualify for ERAS member rate, you need to be an ERAS member with a valid ERAS membership number. You will need to upload proof of your membership during ticket purchase.
2. To qualify for WERA member rate, you need to input the name of the WERA organisation during ticket purchase.
3. To qualify for Student rate, you need to upload a picture of your student pass during ticket purchase.
4. All conference presenters are required to purchase a conference ticket.
Payment under E-invoice (via Vendor@gov)
E-invoice will be issued after the event but will be based on the confirmed attendance committed before the conference.
Should there be any last minute withdrawal or absence by the participants, the organization is liable to make the payment for the committed number before the event.
Any changes after 15 Oct 2023 will not be accepted.
Cancellation and Refunds
Registration fees and/or Pre-Conference workshops fees will be refunded, with a SGD$25 service charge, if a written cancellation request is submitted to eras_wera@nie.edu.sg no later than 11:59 pm (UTC +8) on 20 October, 2023. Cancellation and refund request for registration and Pre-Conference workshops will not be made after 20 October 2023.
